AI alerts are automated assessments of specified events within agreed coverage zones and operating conditions. “Human-reviewed” means a person at the named monitoring provider reviewed the evidence.
The service does not guarantee detection, prevention of loss, police attendance or police response time. Monitoring hours, outages, escalation ownership and maintenance responsibilities are set in the contract.
