Attributes, never identity
AI descriptions use visible attributes and activity. They do not name or identify a person. Footage and vehicle plates can still be personal information even when a description contains no name.
Purpose and collection
Site monitoring is scoped to agreed coverage zones and purposes. Site-specific notices explain the collection and use of camera and sensor information. Access is limited to people with a role in the agreed service.
Retention
Retention is set by contract. The default for non-incident events is 30 days. Incident evidence may have a different documented retention period or be preserved for a lawful requirement.
Access requests
Contact us with the relevant site, date range and nature of your request. Please do not send sensitive evidence in an initial email. We will explain the process for confirming authority and handling access or correction requests.
Lawful requests
Requests from law enforcement go through a lawful-request process that checks authority and scope and records any disclosure. Recovery Network participation is separate, off by default and opted in per site.

Our privacy programme is guided by PIPEDA, including purpose limitation, appropriate safeguards, retention and access. Site-specific privacy notices and contractual responsibilities form part of commissioning.

This website uses no analytics, advertising trackers or third-party scripts. The quote form currently validates details without saving or sending a sales enquiry. Email and phone are the contact routes while delivery is being connected.
