The participating site checks vehicle plate reads against a police-supplied list. Only a potential hit enters this review workflow.

Human review comes before any hit notification to police. An automated match alone is not a confirmed identification.

The owner sees every hit and every request. Reviewed hit notifications and disclosure decisions are recorded.

Recovery Network is a hit-only workflow. It does not give police open access to a site’s cameras or records.

Lawful-request desk
